We regret to inform you that we are temporarily disabling multi-photo posting (not video slideshows) until further notice.
This morning marks the second occurrence, since we’ve launched this feature, where multi-photo posts randomly and intermittently fail to post to Facebook. We’ve identified this issue and have reported it to Facebook and will inform you when we have an update from Facebook.
The Details
If you’d like a detailed overview, this is what we are seeing on our end:
- Today marks the second occurrence where Multi-Photo posts are not successfully posting to Facebook.
- About 50% of the posts schedule correctly, while the other 50% fail.
- From today’s episode, we’ve seen about 400+ failed multi-photo posts to Facebook.
- When we saw this issue the first time, it lasted for 12 hours, and then suddenly disappeared.
- We’ve submitted a report to Facebook and are waiting on their response.
The Conclusion
We recognize how frustrating this is for you, and have debated whether to suspend this feature or to allow it to continue to post intermittently.
After much debate, we’ve decided that it’s more important to have a feature that is 100% reliable, then to have a feature that intermittently sends posts to Facebook correctly.
As soon as we have an update from Facebook, we will let you know. Until then, your multi-photo posts will not go out. If you’d like, you can always reschedule them as a video slideshow from TinyTorch. We thought about manually converting these posts to slideshows, but felt that we needed to give users complete control of this. So if you’d like to reschedule your multi-photo posts as a video slideshow, please do so now.

Again, we recognize how challenging this is, but we felt that we needed to inform you of this until we hear from Facebook that this feature has been fixed.
How do I make sure each post is separate on Facebook. It is adding all the post on one post to my home page and not three sep post????
Hello, Angie! This is something that is controlled by Facebook from their end. Facebook’s algorithm determines whether to show a post on it’s own or to group it.
From our side, it appears that if Facebook feels that someone is posting too frequently then it’s more likely for posts to be grouped together.
So, unfortunately, this is something that we can’t control from our end.
